Our Cancellation Policy

If unfortunately you do need to cancel your hair appointment this is our cancellation policy.

Due to late cancellations & no shows we have had to make the decision, that going forward that anyone who has missed an appointment or not given 48 hours notice, will need to pay in full at time of booking. ( This will be non refundable if you do not attend )

Here at Infinity we will always endeavour to be understanding and take into account any valid reasons for your missed or cancelled appointment. In addition to this I am sure you can understand, any appointments that are 3 hour plus will be subject to a non refundable deposit.

We at Infinity understand that these are unsure times for everyone, however late cancellations and no shows mean that we do not have time to fill the gaps left which means the gaps cannot be offered to others who are waiting for an appointment at such short notice.
